Founded in 2008 in Greece, YET operates with a straightforward mission: to empower individuals, foster innovation, and advance skills development. Our substantial involvement in over 30 Erasmus+ projects and 5 Horizon projects highlights our dedication to collaborative European initiatives.
Our commitment is evident across various focus areas, encompassing research and training in entrepreneurship, innovation, and new technologies. We specialize in capacity building, and the development of both soft and hard skills. From exploring blockchain and distributed ledger technologies to leveraging artificial intelligence in education and real-world applications, our initiatives embody responsible research and innovation.
At YET, we advocate for inclusiveness, diversity, and gender equality, emphasizing a green environment, the fight against climate change, and sustainability. Our focus extends to digital transformation, networking, intersectoral partnerships, and the creation of online platforms for e-skills training and e-mentoring. We take pride in co-hosting business plan/startup competitions, hackathons, and excelling in dissemination activities.
Our audience is a vibrant mix of college students, academics, young professionals, experienced business individuals, aspiring and established entrepreneurs. We bring this diverse group together through carefully planned activities, often in collaboration with educational institutions, SMEs, MNCs, media ecosystems, entrepreneurs, chambers, Business Angels, Venture Capitalists, cooperatives, and other stakeholders. From insightful seminars to interactive round table discussions and enjoyable network dinners, our events consistently attract hundreds of participants.
