The problem of Peer Bullying has been continuing increasingly in our school. This problem was expressed by our teachers at the teachers’ board meeting at the beginning of the year. With the studies and surveys conducted by the commission formed to find out the cause of the problem, it was determined that the source of the problem was the inability of our school teachers to demonstrate the correct approach to intervention in bullying. According to the results of the SWOT analysis, the
weakness of our school was determined as Peer Bullying. Along with this problem, it is seen that the academic success in our school decreases, the positive climate of our school decreases, and it is seen that our students have undesirable
situations such as early school leaving in their further education lives. We applied to this project in order to eliminate these problems caused by Peer Bullying, to improve the professional knowledge and skills of our teachers and to expand our institutional capacity.
