OXYS Management operates in the field of EU project management, with a special focus on learning and education. All of our team have academic degrees in pedagogy and education and worked in educational systems in numerous European countries, such as Germany, Austria, the UK or Romania.
During the last 20 years, our experts have participated in more than 150 EU (such as Socrates, Leonardo, Lifelong Learning, Erasmus+, Youth, Europe or Citizens, FP7 and H2020). Since our core competence is application writing and project management, about 40 of these projects were composed and led by our staff, another 20 were monitored as quality management expert. Our staff also worked as external expert for the evaluation of EU project applications for funding agencies on natoinal (Germany, Austria) as well as European levels (Brussels).
OXYS is located in Schwerin, the capital of Germany’s north-east province of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, where it is strongly linked to local and regional education and labour market representatives (such as educational centres, chamber of industry and commerce, universities/university colleges SMEs, labour market services). OXYS is embedded in a network of more than 100 organisations dealing with general adult, VET and HE learning issues, many of them are highly engaged in gender equality activities.
