Promoting the health and wellbeing has been a primary concern of employers, but the demands on employers to safeguard the wellbeing of employees have been augmented since the switch to remote working caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Through delivering the BE-WELL project, we aim to provide a range of micro-learning well-being resources to young employees and business to support work-based learning programmes and to promote workplace well-being among our business and VET networks.
BE-WELL partners will develop and pilot the following results:

- A 42-hour CPD programme for VET trainers introducing well-being, work-based learning and micro-learning models.
- A MOOC in 6 partner languages to present all results.
- A library of 35 OERs to support HR professionals to support workplace well-being.
To deliver the BE-WELL project, partners will implement:

- A transnational training event to support the CPD of 14 VET trainers.
- National piloting of a 42-hour CPD programme for VET professionals, supporting them to facilitate work-based wellbeing programmes in their business networks
