The project Beyond NEET(D)s is aimed at subgroups of unavailable or disengaged persons who are not in employment, education, or training or even below this status. It provides open, empowering and low-threshold opportunities that are centered on the individual person, their needs and socioeconomic situation by applying a motivating and rewarding gamification approach. Through this, NEETs and persons beyond this status will gain access to VET offers and the labour market, and will strengthen their personal confidence and motivation. They will then be able to define and implement basic skills and steps for entering the workforce or choosing a VET path.
