WHAT….
The DigiLAB project aims to encourage more young people, youth workers, and youth organizations to engage in volunteer activities that support the participation of individuals with disabilities in sports, arts, and other community activities. Focusing on youth work and volunteer activities we want to increase the social participation of individuals with special needs.
The project partners will develop innovative, accessible, and digital educational resources to motivate young people and youth organizations to work in the field of disability. Participating youth will enhance their active citizenship skills and improve collaboration between institutions and young people to more effectively facilitate the social inclusion of disadvantaged groups. The project will create a volunteer training kit to support the participation of individuals with disabilities in social and sports activities.
WHY…
To produce innovative, accessible, and digital educational resources to motivate young people and youth organizations to work in the field of disability, particularly in supporting the participation of individuals with disabilities in sports, arts, and other community activities.
To enhance the active citizenship skills of young people.
To improve collaboration between institutions and young people to more effectively facilitate the social inclusion of disadvantaged groups.
