E-Skills For E-Citizens: Effective Access to e-Services

The Erasmus+ project E-Skills (2021-2023) is a project with which we want to promote the further development of adults’ digital skills. The overall goal is to support adults in developing their digital competences in order to remain competitive on the labour market as well as to be able to use digital government services in their private life without any problems.

To achieve this goal, we will create materials and tools that can be used by adult educators in teaching adults with lower qualifications:

• We will develop an assessment tool with which the digital competences of adults can be evaluated and which will be the basis for the creation of individual learning paths.
• In addition, we will develop an e-learning platform that includes learning materials for adult educators on how to teach low-skilled adults in using ICT tools, on how to deliver e-government services and on how to include gamification into one’s teaching.

Within this project, we are 6 partner organisations from Belgium, Turkey, Slovenia and Austria that are working on the results.
