E-VET project focuses on creating innovative solutions to the issues connected to youth unemployment and immigration in European Union by increasing VET teachers’ effectiveness in working with migrant students.
Towards that end, the project provide newly qualified VET teachers with:
- An online diagnostic tool, allows the assessment of teachers’ “soft skills” which are important to create an inclusive learning environment for migrant students.
- The e-VET Massive Open On-line Course (MOOC) for teachers, to gain access to an eCourse adjusted to their individual needs to increase their professional competences.
Hearthands designed and developed the diagnostic tool inside the MOOC course, transformed the content to interactive digital resources for e-Learning and populated the MOOC, undertaking maintainance and support issues.
