The Erasmus+ project ‘EntreAdu – Promoting Entrepreneurs with Migrant Backgrounds on Online Gamified Platforms’ (2023-2025) supports young adults with a migration history to develop entrepreneurial skills and realise their own entrepreneurial ideas. The use of gamification makes learning more interactive and increases the motivation of participants. The project is based on the Entrepreneurship Competence Framework (EntreComp, EC 2016), a European model for the systematic promotion of entrepreneurial skills.
A particular focus is on the training of adult educators working with migrant learners. They are supported in teaching entrepreneurial thinking, thus facilitating access to the labour market. To this end, EntreAdu is developing a new educational model for social entrepreneurship, a digital self-assessment tool for trainers and an open online course for training in didactic and methodological skills.
