The existing programmes in RU and KG universities are hardly comparable with programmes within the EU, neither do they meet international standards in content, delivery methods, or learning outcomes. These factors hinder students’ and teachers’ mobility as well as academic recognition of qualifications and degrees. For this reason, a Master’s curriculum shall be developed according to international Qualification standards (European Qualification Framework).
