Job to stay

Job to stay deals with the the integration process of female refugees into the tourism sector. Main objective is to find assessment procedures for informal gained competences, knowledge and skills of refugees and asylum seekers. Like this, the project team wants to help especially female refugees to get integrated into five possible jobs in the tourism industry. A work placement is therefore one of the best ways to start integration – not only into the labour market, but society in general.
