The M_APP project is aiming at the development of a mobile phone app which gives the user the possibility to document and describe learning achievements made during transnational mobility stays. The app envisages informal learning outcomes in two of the 8 European Key Competences (learning to learn and social and civic competences). It provides an interface to select from experienced learning and life situations, to save proof documents (photos, audio or video files) and GPS position. The competence documentation will be sychronised with web server application which allows for further modification and a final validation of acquired competences by an external validator. The project will develop the mobile phone app, the web server application as well as the recognition procedure for competences and will test the outputs with about 50 participants for a broad validation.
