The project aims to help construction SMEs (contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, designers and consultants, owners and developers) to acquire and improve their knowledge and skills with a view to continue their personal or professional growth. This will be achieved through the development of a training package especially designed for construction sector SMEs and supported by a series of e-Business strategies addressing their needs.
More specifically, PEACOC will design, develop, test, implement and promote a modular training course facilitated by two innovative tools that will support the in-service training and up-skilling of the target groups:

- a Learning Motivation Environment
