PECAE

PECAE contributes to create a more pro-active and entrepreneurial culture in the society by developing a course for adult trainers, teachers and educators to support them in including entrepreneurial component in adult curricula.
This 2-years project aims to deliver awareness and new strategies when it comes to fostering an entrepreneurship culture through trainers, educators and teachers, other adult education staff.
The envisaged course will help trainers, educators and teachers to efficiently encourage their adult learners’ entrepreneurial competences, attitudes and values.
Among those personal skills and attitudes of entrepreneurs PECAE partners identified analytical, planning and decision making skills, special communication skills and individual-related skills and attitudes like the willingness to assume responsibilities and risk as well as creativity as base to impart entrepreneurial spirit.
