PRODEV

The project contributes to strengthen the community development workers’ knowledge, aptitudes and skills about project management.
The professionals targeted usually work as technicians for the development of a territory or a community in Europe. They can work both in public or private bodies.
The training methodology aims to support them in the management of the projects that they are implementing in their job situation.
The interest and specificity of this project is the training methodology which use real concrete projects as pedagogical material.
Such a methodology is already applied for students in FRANCE, by IFAID,. Today, it will be transferred and optimized to working technicians.
The experimentation will take place in 5 european countries ( France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal and Czech Republic), among 30 community development workers.
