The TAS for Agriform project has successfully closed its activities after three years of intensive work. Its outcomes coming from a Pilot Experience of Experimental Research in 6 European Countries – Italy / Spain / Bulgaria / France / Poland / United Kingdom.
The TAS for Agriform Methodology is specifically designed to activate learning and new knowledge and competences development processes in adults between 45 and 55 years old, low educated and gotten out of the habit to learn in formal contexts.
It is a non formal training methodology that it is not used either in classroom settings nor within a courseware structure, although it deals with specific contents concerning some development areas of the agricultural enterprises (enterprise management, traceability, quality certification, marketing and trade) for a better positioning on European markets. Its main objective is to increase the knowledge store of the entrepreneurs and to develop new competences being able to activate innovation and development processes within the agricultural enterprises. At this purpose, it is not aimed to deliver learning contents but to build up and to develop new knowledge and competences that are acknowledged as valid and that could be spend withing the company and that can support processes of the professional development.
Originality, Innovation, Attractiveness, Active protagonism, Transferability are only some of the characteristics of the TAS Methodology that contribute to open some new development and reflection pathways about the inclusion, withing the training processes, of target considered as difficult due to the age, the culture and the personality, in the concrete view of the continuous dimension of the learning.
